From small corporate briefings to children’s parties, with events of up to 200 delegates and a variety of catering options.
Our venues
Capacity during the day (08:00 to 17:00) and in the evening (18:00 to 23:00).
Boma Restaurant
Up to 30 guests by day and 120 in the evening.
Boma Old Deck
Up to 30 guests by day and 60 in the evening.
Boma New Deck
Up to 20 guests by day and 40 in the evening.
Boma Combo Deck
Up to 30 guests by day and 100 in the evening.
Play Park Deck
Up to 50 guests by day and 80 in the evening.
Thatch Café
Up to 50 guests by day and 80 in the evening.
Functions and conferences
The Boma Restaurant has fixed catering menus for functions and conferences, or you can ask for your own menu to be quoted. Other venues are available for year-end functions and the like.
Kids’ parties
Host a party they’ll remember at the Little PidiPidi Play Park or the Thatch Café. Parties run from 08:00 to 16:30, and party packages are structured for 1 to 36 and 40 to 80 guests.
When can we set up?
On the day of the event, from 08:00, depending on your party package.
Can we bring our own decor and cake?
Yes. Please remove your decor before you leave, within your time slot.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
No. Food and refreshments are provided by the venue, though none of the catering options are compulsory, and you can order from the Thatch Café menu on the day.
Is the party area private?
Your section is yours, but it is in a public area alongside other parties, who may see and use any props you bring, such as jumping castles.
Can we change the number of guests?
Yes, up to 5 days before the event. Packages are structured for 1 to 36 and 40 to 80 guests.
