The reserve is open on these Mondays: 14, 21 and 28 December 2026; 4 and 11 January 2027; 22 and 29 March 2027; 5 and 26 April 2027; 28 June 2027; 5, 12 and 19 July 2027; 9 August 2027; 27 September 2027; 4 October 2027; 13, 20 and 27 December 2027; and 3 and 10 January 2028.

Is the reserve open on Mondays?
Usually not, but we open on Mondays during public school holidays and on all public holidays.
Can I drive my own car?
Yes. The self-drive is included in your entrance, on dirt roads that suit most passenger vehicles. Some roads are 4×4 only.
When is predator feeding?
At 13:00 at the Predator Camp, included in your entrance. Arrive early on weekends and public holidays to secure a spot.
Can I bring a picnic?
Yes. Day visitors can picnic or braai at no extra charge; braai grids are for rent at the kiosk.
Do children pay?
Kids under 12 are free, one child per paying adult.
